CryoVibe is a targeted cryotherapy wellness studio located at 5490 McGinnis Village Pl, Suite 134, Alpharetta, GA 30005. We operate the website cryovibe.fit and related booking and communication tools. References to "we," "us," or "CryoVibe" in this policy refer to our business and its operators.

  • Health and medical history disclosed on our client intake forms, including conditions, medications, and contraindications

We use the information we collect to:

The health information you provide on our client intake forms is used solely to ensure your safety during treatment and to tailor our services appropriately. We do not sell, rent, or share your health information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide your treatment (for example, referring you to emergency services in a medical situation).

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including our booking system (LeadConnector/HighLevel), payment processors, and Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

  • Safety: We may share information if we believe it is necessary to prevent harm to you or others.
  • Business transfers: If CryoVibe is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Health intake forms are retained for a minimum of 3 years from your last visit. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We do not store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
